Where is it done and under what conditions? Outdoors, near areas of water and related structures and facilities, as well as at common office premises. There can be bad weather conditions.
What tools/equipment do they use? Boats, scientific equipment for taking samples etc and carrying out simple on the spot analyses, hand tools for maintenance and other practical work, office equipment, mobile phones and computers.
What do you need to succeed? You need to have completed secondary education, preferably in the area of water management, have a positive attitude to nature and the environment, and organisational skills.
