court executive officer (bailiff)

Who is a court executive officer and what do they do? The bailiff ensures the execution of certain acts ordered by the court.
What are the activities of the court executive officer? Examples include enforcement of claims, eviction from apartments, collection of fines, registration and seizure of property, surrender of things or seized money, notification of parties of a trial, etc. Exact tasks will vary from one country and legal system to another. The role may also involve debt collection apart from court activities, for private firms, in some countries.
Where is it done and under what conditions? In normal office premises but outside work wherever the property is to be seized or the person evicted, or the fine to be collected, will be necessary. Confrontation is not impossible in these circumstances.
What tools/equipment do they use? Information technology and other office supplies.
What do you need to succeed? You need to have completed secondary, higher or university education, have a systematic approach to work, the ability to command respect, and good communication skills.
