Where is it done and under what conditions? In the open air, at ponds and fish nurseries, where contact with cold water, workplaces that are difficult to access and varying weather conditions must be expected.
What tools/equipment do they use? These include fish nurseries, nets and other equipment used for feeding, harvesting and transporting fish, as well as your own arms and legs.
What do you need to succeed? You need to have done an apprenticeship, have a positive attitude to animals and nature, patience, ability to organise your work activities as well as physical fitness.
