(i) Paper Applications
Purchase a set of Application Forms at the cost indicated below from any of the following designated centers: – Admissions Department of Koforidua Polytechnic, Regional Post Offices( i.e. Koforidua , Sunyani, Kumasi, Ho, Accra Central ,Cape Coast, Takoradi, Wa, Bolgatanga, and Tamale)
 

  • Also available at these Post Offices (Kaneshie, Kwame Nkrumah Circle, Hohoe, Tema, Aflao, Akim-Oda, Somanya, and Nkawkaw)

 Cost of Application form

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.)Degree Programmes- One hundred and twenty Ghana Cedis        (GH¢120.00)
  • All HND and Non-HND Programmes– One hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢100.00)
  • Professional Programmes– Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢50.00)
  • Certificate Programme (For Artisans)- Twenty Ghana Cedis (GH¢20.00)
  • Foreign/International Applicants can obtain a set of Application Form at the cost of $80 by paying the said amount at any branch of the Barclays Bank with these details: Account No.064/1128570, Swift No. BARCGHAC &Sort No.0301. Attach a copy of the pay-in-slip to the completed admission form for submission to the Polytechnic either by post or in person.

 
Deadline for submission of completed application forms
Completed application forms together with two (2) photocopies each of any certificate or result slips should reach the Office of the Registrar not later than 15th October, 2015. 
(ii) On-line Applications
Applicants can apply online via Koforidua Polytechnic online application portal. The procedure is as follows:
1.  Ghanaian Applicants are to make a payment of One hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢100.00) for the Koforidua Polytechnic Admission Vouchers at any Ecobank, HFC Bank, Agricultural Development Bank (adb), Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB), Zenith Bank, Merchant Bank, UniBank and Fidelity Bank branches throughout the country.
2.  To apply by MTN Mobile money, visit koforiduapoly.edu.gh/applyonline  for MTN Mobilemoney services instruction.
3. Foreign Applicants can purchase On-line Admission Vouchers online using any VISA Card enabled for online purchase at the cost ($80.00) at www.koforiduapoly.edu.gh/applyonline.
