Schools to compete in the 2017 edition of the National Science & Maths Quiz Regional Competitions would from next week begin balloting for their respective contests.
The balloting exercise would take place in all ten regions of Ghana, starting with the Western Region on January 17, 2017. Senior High Schools which could not make it to the quarter final stage of the 2016 edition of the competition together with those which did not qualify for the National competition would engage in the balloting exercise.
At the end of the balloting exercise, it is expected that schools would know their opponents and prepare for their respective regional contests to enable them secure places at the National competition slated for June 2017 in Accra.
