What are the activities of the building electrician? E.g. pulling cable into conduits or flex hoses, installing distribution panels, circuit breakers, plugs or other electrical devices – repairing or rebuilding installations.
Where is it done and under what conditions? Inside buildings under construction or already inhabited. There may be some dirt and dust.
What tools/equipment do they use? Mainly manual tools of the trade and measuring instruments.
What do you need to succeed? You need an apprenticeship, the ability to react quickly, practical skills and technical interests.
