The Gyaasehene of Edubiase Traditional Council in the Ashanti Region, Nana Antwi Gyeabour ll has bemoaned the ‘unprecedented hardship under the Mahama-led government’.

In his view, things keep going from bad to worse after being promised a Better Ghana by the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) eight years ago.

Nana Antwi Gyeabour ll made the comment at the launch of Alhaji Dr. Bawumia fun Club at Adansi Old Edubiase in the Fomena Constituency.

According to him, the eight years rule of the NDC has been nothing but unbridled hardship which he says has worsened the plight of Ghanaians.

Citing the high-cost foodstuffs like plantain and cassava to buttress his point, the chief claim the cost of living today is even worse than 1983.

As a way out, Nana Antwi Gyeabour ll is convinced the vote for the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the December 7 elections will salvage Ghana from total collapse.

“The harm has already been done but if Nana Akufo-Addo wants to correct the wrongs, let support him to lead us to the promise land” he stressed.

Nana Antwi Gyeabour ll urged his subjects and Ghanaians at large don’t to repeat the mistakes of the past by retaining the NDC in power.
