The Volta Regional Minister, Helen Adjoa Ntoso, says government’s efforts at providing library facilities for community schools and students are meant to improve education in the country.
Madam Ntoso said this in a speech at Nkonya-Tepo in the Biakoye District of the Volta Region during the inauguration of a community library for local primary and basic schools.
