Manufacture of pipe parts and their accessories from thin and thick walled metal pipes, sheets, and non metal materials, by hand and machine cutting, forging, cold and hot bending, welding, soldering, fitting inserts, manufacturing spiral pipes, and various shaped parts, manufacturing the seals for large diameter piping of irregular shape, assembly of pipe systems according to drawings, sometimes without complete drawings, to a model or according to the situation on site, manufacturing pressure vessels and tanks, installation of large pipe systems for sugar mills, breweries, gas and coke factories, cement factories, oil refineries, etc, frequently in places where access to the work is difficult and without exact documentation. The fitter will also carry out pressure tests of piping.
