1.MSc Programmes
i. Environmental Engineering Management
To be eligible for admission into the Master’s Research Degree programme in Environmental Engineering Management, candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree from a recognized university in the relevant field of study in (Natural Sciences or Engineering) with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division). However, a candidate with lower qualifications and with a minimum of three years cognate experience may be admitted after interview to a Non-Research Master’s degree.
ii. Sustainable Energy Management
To be eligible for admission into the Master’s Research Degree programme in Sustainable Energy Management, candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree from a recognized university in the relevant field of study in
(Natural Sciences/Engineering/Renewable Energy Technologies/Relevant Social Sciences options) with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division). However, a candidate with lower qualifications and with a minimum of three years cognate experience may be admitted after interview to a Non-Research Master’s degree.
2. PhD Programme
To be eligible to the Doctor of Philosophy degree programmes (as stated for the MSc programmes), the candidate should possess a Master’s degree from a recognized University in the relevant field of study. However an exceptional second year MPhIl/MSc student may be upgraded into the PhD programme upon recommendation from the Department and School Board.
PhD and MSc applicants intending to work on Mathematical/Statistical Modeling of System Components must have Master’s and Bachelor degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
