Services Marketing At University Of Ghana

This course will examine the theoretical/conceptual, strategic, and operational issues pertaining to
the marketing of services. At the end of this course it is expected that students will be familiar
with the theoretical and normative issues of marketing services. They should know how to
investigate, assess, and resolve quality problems; how to ensure employee participation in the
delivery of quality service; and how to develop, implement and control profitable service
marketing strategies.
