The attention of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has been drawn to some media houses’ definitive conclusions on the cause of death of Miss Adwoa Agyarkwaa Anyimadu-Antwi, a first year Chemical Engineering student of KNUST resident at Independence Hall whose sad death occurred on Friday, February 24, 2017.
We wish to state that it is a coroner’s case and the Police has been informed. While investigations are ongoing, we plead with the media and the general public to be circumspect and decorous in their reportage and discussions in order not to offend the sensibilities of parents, family, friends and the University Community as a whole.
