Takoradi Polytechnic Resit Exams

1. Referral students are to go to Bank of Africa (GH) Ltd at the Market Circle to pay for the referred course(s) at a fee per course.
2. The account number (02004101441) Bank of Africa Gh. Ltd)
3. Students will be issued with two pay-in-slips from the bank after payment.
4. Go to a café and log on to the Takoradi Polytechnic website (www. tpoly.edu.gh/pages) to PRINT RE-SIT FORM.
5. Fill the form with your particulars.
6. Present the pay-in-slip and the re-sit form to the cashier at the main Finance Office of Takoradi Polytechnic for validation.
7. The re-sit form must be signed by the course lecturer and the Head of Department.
8. Proceed to the Examinations Unit, (top floor of main Administration Block) to complete the re-sit registration.

NOTICE TO STUDENTS

1. Apply to your Head of Department to write course(s) as supplementary.
2. Show proof of writing supplementary examination (eg. Medical report).
3. Pick supplementary form from the Examinations Unit (top floor of main Administration Block). This is after approval had been given.
4. Fill the form with your particulars.
5. The supplementary form must be signed by the course lecturer and the Head of Department.
6. Proceed to the Examinations Unit to complete the supplementary registration.
