Receiving and warehousing wood and processing it on frame, belt and circular saws into sawn timber, lumber and other timber products or components (boards, laths and beams), treating unfinished products to preserve them, controlling pressure wood preservation processes using various chemical substances, controlling of continuous/automated handling, cutting and production lines for sawn timber processing, controlling continuous/automated log sawmills which may have sophisticated equipment and remote electronic controls to feed in materials and for waste disposal, work connected with packaging, loading and other dispatch activities with components and finished goods.
