AIM: To develop and strengthen the capacity of in-service personnel working in government and non-governmental organizations dealing with sanitation, waste management and urban development issues; to increase the functionality of such personnel as sanitation, urban development and waste management experts. The programme is also designed to allow graduates from other professional backgrounds to acquire the necessary education and skills to transition into the urban planning, sanitation and waste management career fields.
