The New Patriotic Party(NPP) fears of launching its manifesto ahead of the NDC on account of the fact that their document could be plagiarised is baseless and a way of covering up the NPP’s lack of vision for the development of the country, the General Secretary of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has said.
